Proper Earring Care

Proper Earring Care

Cleaning/Use:
  • Care for your pieces like they’re handmade... because they are!
  • Pieces should not come into contact with the following: chlorine, perfume, make-up, dry shampoo, oils, chemicals, harsh cleaners & the like.
  • If your piece gets dusty or dirty, simply rinse it with lukewarm water and dish soap.  For a deeper cleaning, any standard nail polish remover works great on tough grime!
  • All pieces can withstand some water because they’re made of plastic but I do not recommend using trays as a soap tray or something where it would have sitting water for lengthy times.
  • Trays are not food safe, however I do often use them for wrapped candies!

Storage:

  • Earrings should either be hung up on an earring tree or laid down flat. I personally store mine in acrylic make up drawers away from dust but there’s plenty of options!
  • I do not recommend that earrings get tossed into your purse (I’m guilty of this) but if it happens once or twice they should be fine. Though, you may want to put them in a snack ziplock or something to protect them.
