Please email me with the following criteria for custom work:
- Color
- Stamped letters
- Stamped word / short phrase
- Texture
****If I do not receive your customization request email, I will reach out to you two times over the course of 4 or 5 days. After the 6th or 7th day, I will refund your purchase.
- After verifying accuracy, neither exchanges or refunds will be accepted on personalized items.
- Due to the nature of these requests, I do increase my processing time to 1 full business week.
